I know the pressures of hospitality because I’ve lived them. As Co-Founder and Director of Eating House, I’ve spent more than two decades managing the back-office; payroll, compliance, purchasing, supplier negotiations, cash flow, and everything in between.
Now, through Daou Consulting, I help other small hospitality and family-run businesses simplify their systems and ease the stress of administration.
