Meet Cybelle

I know the pressures of hospitality because I’ve lived them.

As Co-Founder and Director of Eating House, I’ve spent more than two decades managing the back-office of a family-owned restaurant — payroll, compliance, purchasing, supplier negotiations, cash flow, and everything in between.

Through that experience, I saw how often good operators were caught out not by poor service or food, but by unclear systems, misunderstood obligations, and avoidable costs behind the scenes.

That’s why I founded Daou Consulting.

Through Daou Consulting, we help hospitality business owners gain clarity and control over the back-office areas that most often create stress, confusion, or unnecessary cost — including payroll and compliance, purchasing protocols, cash flow and administration, and the systems that support day-to-day operations.

Our approach is practical, commercially grounded, and built around real hospitality experience — so operators can focus on their team, their guests, and long-term sustainability.
